Big Noise contains a few key ingredients like glycerol, betaine and agmatine which will lead to enhanced blood flow to working muscles, hyperhydration, increased vascularity which in turn leads to next level muscle pimps and greater muscle endurance as there is more oxygen available in the muscle to work for longer. Finally, we accept that unfortunately there may sometimes be occasions when, for some reason, there is a problem with delivery. It may arrive late; it may arrive damaged; it may not arrive at all. In any of these cases, we will endeavour to ensure that a replacement is arranged with the absolute minimum of fuss for you, and that you get a full refund for any postage you have paid. Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, who will be charged for collection on their behalf.
Whilst we do try to keep all our info pages polite and friendly, for legal reasons brought about by a minority of our customers, we do need to state that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the parcel. In no way can CSN or DPD, DHL or Royal Mail be held liable for failed deliveries unless either of those parties has been negligent in their duty to deliver.

We accept orders to all BFPO address, please input your BFPO address into section of the checkout. There is a 5kg limit on BFPO orders
Certain BFPO Address will be charged at standard UK parcel rates if the weight goes over 1kg.

- 1kg - 1.75kg - £7.00
- 1.75kg - 2kg £8.00

Please note all delivery time estimates are subject to stock availability and receiving your order by 2:00 pm. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be processed next working day. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and bank holidays.
In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods, please first contact us and explain the situation. We will then advise you whether to return the goods to ourselves or the manufacturer depending upon the problem. We accept the return of goods sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. We do not, however, accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.
- Please make sure we receive your returned items, within 14 days from the day you receive them, to be refunded in full via the original payment method.
- If you return your purchase after this period but within 14 days, you will be refunded to the value of the returned items.
- If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), CSN reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full. We may instead return your purchase to you. Prior to sending it, you will be charged the delivery fee applicable to the products and your location.
- No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase.
- Refunds can only be given for products which are returned to us in their original condition. We cannot issue a refund for any item which has been opened or used.
- Photo evidence will be needed for all damaged items that need to return.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
The following items cannot be returned within the terms of our refund policy:
- Gift Cards
- Frozen or perishable goods
- Samples or free items
How To Return Goods
To return items you are advised to contact us first on 02920 628 228 or email on orders@cardiffsportsnutrition so all the relevant information is included in your parcel when you return it.
We suggest you return your items via Royal Mail recorded delivery to ensure that if it doesn't arrive with us you can put in a claim. Please use sufficient packaging to ensure the contents are not damaged in transit.

If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus either a 20% restocking fee.
If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us. Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.
