Placing Your Order:
Once you have chosen your goods, you can proceed to checkout. You can pay for your order by credit or debit card, through PayPal, Sage Pay, Apple Pay or google checkout. As we process and ship your order you will receive further e-mails explaining your order status.
Should your order contain products that are out of stock, we will notify you of this with an approximate waiting time. At all times until despatch, you have the right to cancel all or part of your order. If you cancel only part of your order, please note that this may result in a change in shipping fees in correspondence with our shipping fees and policy at that time. (CSN reserve the right to cancel any order up to the point of delivery).
Your goods will be dispatched in suitable time so long as the items are in stock and depending upon the shipping service selected should be with you 1-4 days from dispatch. However, please allow up to 14 days for delivery and please note that estimated shipping times are from date of dispatch not from the placement of the order. We require notification of any missing parcels within 21 days of dispatch, to enable CSN to make a claim from third party couriers. Failure to do so will prevent a refund from happening.
To cancel an order before the item is dispatched it is FREE, once the item has been dispatched, delivery & redelivery charges will be deducted from the original cost paid, you are advised to contact us first on 0800 669 6727, then second option if the first option is unsuccessful would be to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have bought something at our shop but got home and changed your mind, you are not automatically guaranteed to get a refund. Legally by law we do not have to give you a refund. If you bought the wrong product, we would be happy to exchange the item for you or give you a voucher to use online or in-store.
How to Return Goods bought On-line:
We will then advise you whether to return the goods to ourselves directly or the manufacturer depending upon the problem. We accept the return of goods sent back to us as long as you follow the below conditions. We will refund you any money which you have paid us for the item or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required, If the similar product is cheaper, we will automatically refund you the difference. The only costs you incur is the return postage of the unwanted goods and our postage costs we incurred for sending the goods to you. We do not, however, accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.
- If you want to refund an unwanted item, please make sure you notify us within 14 days from the date you received the item, this is also known as a cooling off period.
- From the date you notified us regarding the cancellation you then have another 14 days to get the item back to us.
- If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), CSN reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full. We may instead return your purchase to you. Prior to sending, the cost of re-delivering the item will be at your own expense.
- No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase.
- Refunds can only be given for products which are returned to us in their original condition. We cannot issue a refund for any item which has been opened or used.
- Photo evidence will be needed for all damaged items that need to be returned.
- Any item sent back to us over the over the outlined time frames will not be refunded, it will be your own responsibility for re-delivery or collection of the item.
- We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back.
- Refunds will be paid to the original payment method.
- If an item bought online turns out to be faulty, then you are protected by the same rights that apply to purchases made in person. We will re-imburse you for the cost of sending the item back to us. We will need to see the cost of delivery receipt to re-imburse you for the returned item.
- If you have an item that was faulty or damaged at the time of sale, it needs to be returned to us within 30 days for a refund.
We suggest you use a carrier which offers recorded delivery to ensure that if it does not arrive with us you can put in a claim in through the courier as the goods are not our responsibility until we receive the item back. Please use sufficient packaging to ensure the contents are not damaged in transit.
If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address invoice to receive the item and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the courier, the returned item will be refunded minus the amount the item cost us to send out to you, plus an additional charge the courier has charged us for returning the item back to us.
If an order is returned to us because you have entered incorrect/missing address information on the sales invoice and the carrier isn't able to locate your address the returned item will be refunded minus the amount the item cost us to send out to you plus the additional charge the courier has charged us for returning the item back to us.
If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the returned item will be refunded minus the amount the item cost us to send out to you plus the charge the courier has charged us for returning the item back to us. Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order, or the order has been damaged in transit.
The current charges for unsuccessful deliveries which get automatically sent back to us, which is no fault of CSN are set below depending on destination, courier used, and type of service requested:

Whilst we do try to keep all our info pages polite and friendly, for legal reasons brought about by a minority of our customers, we do need to state that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the parcel. In no way can CSN be held liable for failed deliveries unless the courier service used has been negligent in their duty to deliver, therefore we would claim against the question courier company.
We have an agreement with all of our couriers that if no one is home to receive the goods at the mentioned delivery address, they can leave the item in a safe place, this is an automatic feature which enabled on all accounts, if you wish to disable this feature you can do this on the couriers apps prior to delivery or you can email us at Orders@csnsupps.com after checkout and before the item has been dispatched

Important Contact Details:
When ordering to a BFPO address it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the items are within the weight limits for that particular BFPO address. All orders to BFPO address will be shipped individually to keep the individually packaged weight down. We will track the orders to the BFPO hub where it will be signed for and then shipped to the individual. Once an item has been received by the BFPO hub CSN Supplements accepts no responsibility for lost or missing items in the onward delivery process. Please be aware that if an item is too heavy for then BFPO address the item is not returned to sender but disposed of by the BFPO Hub.
All delivery time estimates are subject to stock availability and receiving your order by 4:00 pm the day you made the transaction. Orders placed after 4:00 pm on the day of transaction will be processed next working day. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and bank holidays. Furthermore, due to the volume of parcels around bank holidays, in particular, Christmas, parcels may be delayed by our couriers. For example, if you completed your transaction on Friday at 5:00pm asking for Next Day Delivery your items will not be packed until Monday and your items should be delivered on the Tuesday.
If for any reason we expect that your order will not arrive within the specified times, we will e-mail or call you shortly after receiving your order. It is therefore particularly important for you to provide a valid e-mail address and contact number that we can get hold of you on. Please be sure to check your e-mails and phone messages shortly after placing the order in case we need to contact you.

We accept, unfortunately there may be occasions when there is a problem with delivery. It may arrive late; it may arrive damaged; it may not arrive at all. If a similar case occurs, we will endeavour to ensure that a replacement or a refund is arranged with the absolute minimum of fuss, you could also get an appropriate refund for the postage you have paid if an item you have ordered has been delayed. Each refund will be treated on an individual basis. Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, who will be liable for any re-delivery or return charges.
We insure all of our parcels, in an event of your parcel goes missing we will take full responsibility in refunding or replacing your item at no additional cost as long the claim is not fraudulent. Claims can be made 7 working days from the date the item was supposed to be delivered.
Parcels Damaged in Transit:
If a parcel is damaged in transit we will take full responsibility, please refer to our Cancellations & Returns policy for further information.
If a parcel does not arrive within the estimated time frame, firstly always check the tracking information provided to you, if you don’t have this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the relevant information. Secondly contact the courier company as we only know as much as them and if any questions are still left unanswered after your contact with the courier we will take ownership, we will email the relevant courier/department for you, the estimated turnaround times for CSN to receive contact back from the couriers are between 24/48 hours.
Change Of Carrier Service:
There might be rare occasions where we might have to change your selected / preferred carrier service to another carrier. This might be due to weight restrictions, unprecedented demand for their service or infact a delivery which is not possible due to a destination issues. For these rare occasions, the switch to another Carrier will be a like for like service e.g, next day delivery, delivery before 10am etc. We will cover all additional costs for the amended service and in the rare case where the new service is at a cheaper cost, we would then honour a refund for the difference in price.
Finally, if one of our delivery companies go on strike any reason, we won't be held responsible for compensation refunds for parcels which arrive outside the estimated delivery time frame, therefore if you wish to pursue a claim for a late delivery we are able to action a claim against the mentioned delivery company, claims can take up to 14 days for a successful compensation claim, then a further 7 days for the refund to be deposited back into your account via the original payment method. (This is the same timeframe for claims against lost parcels)
Should there be an invoice error in the goods we sent we require that you notify us in writing to email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will also require photographic proof of the damage/incorrect items. Once we have received that, we will arrange collection of the incorrect items der (or in the case of light items we may request you to optionally post them to us, in which case we will refund your postage costs). Whilst in your care, the parcel is deemed your responsibility. If you lose, use, throw away or give away that parcel, no replacement will be provided. Once our courier has collected the parcel, we will dispatch the corrected order on a next working day service, usually with free samples subject to availability to make up for any delay endured.
If your country is not listed, then we do not currently ship to that country. If this is the case, please send us a request and we will look into shipping to your country. Please do not place an order for an unlisted country without asking us first, as these incur us transaction fees for the payments you make. If you do this, then we will have to issue a refund, which will be minus the transaction fee incurred.
