What is Animal Nitro?

Animal Nitro is a convenient capsule form of essential amino acids (EAAs) and branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) that can improve muscle recovery and growth.

Aminos are the basic building blocks of muscle and can also trigger anabolism, the cornerstone of muscle growth. As an athlete, you need them, especially the right ones. While there are nearly two dozen different amino acids, only a select few are absolutely essential for igniting the anabolic drive, as new research has suggested. Not surprisingly, these required aminos are the same ones found in human muscle protein.

What is in Animals amino acid supplement

Animal Nitro has the right types of aminos (essential aminos), forms (“uncoupled”), dose and the right blend of aminos (Human Muscle Protein Complex).

They covered the types of aminos that are important. But the forms are important too. That’s why they use only “uncoupled” essential amino acids. Uncoupled aminos are a special form of amino acid–that are free of chemical bonds.

Once ingested, they form a special bolus (a protective "mass") that allows them to efficiently bypass the liver. Now, this is vital as the liver captures and catabolizes regular amino acids (like those found in protein powders such as whey and more conventional amino supplements) to urea, a waste product. Once safely past the liver, this bolus of uncoupled aminos enters systemic circulation, where they can exert their powerful actions-vasodilatation and anabolism. When combined with resistance training, Animal Nitro can actually help your body deliver more nutrients to your working muscles, recover more quickly, and promote new muscle mass by supporting protein synthesis, improving net muscle protein balance, and regulating muscle breakdown.

Cardiff Sports Nutrition thinks Animal Nitro is going to be a solid addition to your nutritional arsenal. As a solid amino-based supplement, it can appeal to a broad range of strength athletes, including powerlifters, bodybuilders, and anyone who requires strength and power as a foundation. Because it consists of such fundamental, basic ingredients, amino acids, and because it offers so much nutritional flexibility.

What are the main benefits of Animal Nitro

  • High in essential amino acids (EAAs)
  • Correct EAA ratio found in human muscle
  • Improves muscle recovery and growth
  • Very convenient capsule form

Video - Roman "Rex" Fritz's Take On Animal Nitro

Roman uses other Animal products, like Animal Pak. But this one here, Animal Nitro, is his absolute favourite. He travels everywhere with extra "packs" of Nitro in his pockets and gym bag. Pure encapsulated free form "essential" amino acids (EAA and BCAA). For recovery (anti-catabolism) and protein synthesis (anabolism)

Recommended dosage

Take 1 pack within 30 minutes following resistance training. For even better results, take 2 packs daily – the first immediately before lifting, and the second within 30 minutes after. If you use a post-training protein shake, wait at least another 30-45 minutes after you’ve taken the Animal Nitro pack before drinking your shake. Always take Animal Nitro on an empty stomach, preferably with 8 oz. of grape or other fruit juice.
