Already flying off the shelves at CSN we thought we’d better give you the low down on Dymatize Nutrition’s new Iso100. The new Dymatize Iso100 is a combination of top quality hydrolysed and isolate whey proteins, giving this a very high protein content at over 83% alongside fast digestion and absorption rates, getting protein into the muscle rapidly to support recovery and muscle growth.  This equates to 25g of protein per 30g serving, which also gives a full amino acid profile including a generous 2.7g of L-Leucine, an important regulator of muscle protein synthesis, acting as a conductor to the muscle cells to make them use other amino acids and growth factors to make sweet muscle building music. Dymatize only use the most advanced ‘cold’ filtering processes to manufacture its Iso100, maintaining the quality of the protein and preserving immune boosting proteins that are lost using other less refined methods. The most impressive feature of this product though is its ridiculously delicious flavours. Working at CSN, I have been fortunate enough to have tried a number of these and I struggle to describe how much of a game changer these are.
