Cookies & Cream Blondies
Hands up if you LOVE single serving recipes?! Is there anything better than making a batch of blondies you can devour in one sitting? This recipe is high protein, sugar-free and yep you guessed it, has amazing macros so you can and should enjoy the entire batch. The secret to this recipe, however, is the Cookies and Cream Quest Protein powder.
What makes it so amazing? Firstly, it's a protein blend which means it's great to bake with. Secondly, it has real chocolate chip pieces within every scoop ;). Thirdly, the macros are almost too good to be true, with 0 fat and minimal carbs, how do they do it?!
Let's get baking shall we, be sure to pre-heat the oven!!
Cookies & Cream Blondies Ingredients:
- 150g Cannellini beans
- 30g Quest protein cookies and cream
- 30g Buckwheat flour
- 20g Coconut flour (I use Sukrin)
- 200ml Almond milk
- 50ml Chocolate truffle TRKG skinny syrup
- 1/2 TSP Baking powder
- 5g Coconut oil
Step 1 - Weigh out your dry ingredients and combine then pop to one side
Step 2 - Puree your beans with your almond milk, skinny syrup and melted coconut oil
Step 3 - Combine both wet and dry ingredients then pour into a greased loaf tin. Bake for 18 minutes at 150 degrees.
Step 4 - Remove and cut into squares the size you wish
Don't forget to drizzle with chocolate syrup and cover in sprinkles ;)
