#cleaneating with CSN - Coconut Almond Crispies (Vegan)

I don't know about you but sometimes, I just want to throw something in a bowl with minimal effort and create a delicious treat

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE cooking and making desserts but there are occasions when im rushed for time and these are perfect for those times!

No bake, 5 minute prep time and only half an hour to set.

Let's get started shall we? ;)

Ingredients (Makes 4 large bars):

-100g Rice crispies 100g
-50g Smooth Almond butter (I use Meridian)
-20g Coconut Oil
-50ml Hershey Chocolate Syrup
-Dark Chocolate Chips


Method:
1.Simply melt together your coconut oil, almond butter and chocolate syrup them stir well through the rice crispies. Press down to set in a non stick loaf tin and pop in the freezer for half an hour.
2.Remove and cut into 4 then top with some chocolate syrup and chocolate chips.

Really is as simple as that!
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 2 days.. :)
