Substitute the high calorie ingredients for low

Cooking Instructions

Step 1. Simply puree your banana with your apple sauce then stir in the melted coconut oil and vanilla extract.
Step 2. Measure your dry ingredients in a separate bowl then combine with your wet ingredients.
Step 3. Pour into silicone plastic moulds then cook for 15 minutes at 120 degrees in the oven
Step 4. Here's the best bit, once cooked and cooled, decorate however you desire!
