This is Olympus Labs' strongest pre-workout and pump supplement. It is extremely highly dosed and comes with 5 different patented ingredients.
Citrulline is the de-facto go-to nitric oxide booster, as it converts to arginine in the kidneys and that arginine then translates to more nitric oxide. This induces a process known as vasodilation, where the blood vessels widen and blood flow increases. With that increase in blood flow, you get increase pumps, more nutrient and glucose delivery to the cells, performance enhancement, and reduced soreness
To keep those nitric oxide levels high, Olympus Labs added the popular nitric oxide extender in agmatine sulfate. This is more of an indirect NO booster since it prevents the breakdown of arginine by inhibiting the enzyme responsible for arginine’s breakdown, arginase. This prolongs nitric oxide’s effects in the body, leading to longer and more “dense” pumps.
Pomegranate Extract provides several antioxidants that protect nitric oxide against oxidative destruction. Like agmatine (but in a far different manner), this results in a prolonged NO boost, which leads to longer performance gains and recovery capabilities.
Vaso6 is a powerful stimulator of nitric oxide production. However, it goes beyond just a NO boost though, and also improves endurance and recovery through similar mechanisms as the ingredients discussed above.
In two scoops, 300mg is pretty much the “standard pre-workout” dosage now.
The first of three ingredients in the 378mg blend, Eria Jarensis. This ingredient helps produce a “euphoric” feeling and helps increase energy.
Also known as Persian walnut or English walnut, this is basically a walnut tree species found in Southwest China and the Himalayas. What’s interesting is that J. Regia contains several alkaloids, but there’s one we’re most interested in.
It’s often thought to be primarily extracted for 2-amino-5-methylheptane, which is the stronger (yet more expensive) form of “DMHA”.
What we noticed from 2-amino-5 is that it’s far more euphoric than the regular 2-amino-6 form of DMHA, and seems to have a bit more zip and pop.
Due to the proprietary blend here, our best guess is that we have 250mg Eria Jarensis, 125mg Juglans Regia, and 3mg of this next beast:
The full plant’s name is Coryanthe Macroceras, and the best guess is that it’s been standardized for something similar to a yohimbine alkaloid of sorts, given the effects users get from it. But it’s not yohimbe, yohimbine, or even yohimbenine!
This new-age xanthine compound provides long-lasting energy that pairs with whatever it’s paired with, but doesn’t have a tolerance build-up like caffeine does.
Olympus Labs always name their products weird but dont worry we have what they actually taste like below.
