USP Labs Yok3d 90 Capsules

Yok3d is USP Labs' new nitric oxide pre-workout supplement. This product can be stacked with their ever-popular Jack3d to deliver the most intense workouts you have ever experienced. The details on Yok3d are not yet known, however USP Labs does claim that it will deliver mind-blowing pumps.

One of the main complaints about the product Jack3d is that it does not give very big pumps or does not make your muscles feel very full while working out and immediately after. Yok3d is supposed to do exactly that, and is designed to help make your muscles feel larger, harder and fuller while working out.

At the time of writing, Yok3d has not yet been released to the public. The release date, cost and package quantity has not yet been disclosed as well. Will post updates as we hear more about this revolutionary product!

As a dietary supplement, based on published kinetic data, take 3 capsules 90 minutes before a workout on empty stomach or 2-3 hours before a workout with or without food, whicheveris more convenient for you. If training within 2 hours of waking, consume 3 capsules upon waking, with or without food. If you weigh 140 pounds or less, begin by taking 2 capsules. Once tolerance has been assessed, you may add 1 additional capsule per workout based upon the following weight chart:

• <140 lbs : 2 Capsules
• 141-190 lbs: 3 Capsules
• 191-230 lbs: 4 Capsules
• 231 lbs +:4-5 Capsules

Take on workout days only. Use in conjunction with proper exercise & nutrition protocol for your desiredresults.
