Directions For Anabolic Designs Tauro-Test: As a dietary supplement for best results take one serving (2 capsules) three times per day (6 capsules daily). On training days take one serving (2 capsules) an hour prior to training. On non-training days use one serving in the morning and one serving in the afternoon. Always ensure one serving is used before bed. Allow up to 4 weeks to see full effects.

    Really enjoyed running this in the AD stack of BullK, Ravenous and TauroTest. Noticed my strength and weight increasing gradually, with no bloating or any side effects.

    Felt leaner and harder whilst getting heavier!

    Used this for PCT after being on superdrol for 4 week(a littl long). This stuff has definately made my libido come back with a vengence and help stay in condition and keep hold of my gains. they need to redesign the packaging as they look a bit cheap
