Beta-Alanine is an ideal compliment to Creatine and provides a very useful function for strength enhancement. Beta-Alanine is the rate-limiting-step to the production of intramuscular Carnosine (aka beta-alanyl-L-histidine). This means that production of Carnosine is directly limited by the available amount of Beta-Alanine. By supplying your body with Beta-Alanine the body upregulates the production of Carnosine.
