FREE UK SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

UK Shipping Costs

Orders Under 900 grams 

Royal Mail 1st Class: 1st class recorded post. This is an insured and tracked service which usually takes only 1-3 days. However, its not a time-guaranteed service so in some cases it may take several days longer. This is a FREE delivery method.

Orders Over 900 grams

Orders over 900g are sent by our couriers either FASTWAYS COURIERS or DPD Parcel Service and do require a signature. These are 1-2 days delivery services and are both free of charge. 

Next Working day delivery

All orders regardless of weight can be upgraded to next working day service for £3.99. Orders under 900g will then be sent by royal mail special delivery and orders over 900g will be sent by FASTWAYS or DPD dedicated 24hr delivery services

BFPO Orders

We accept orders to all BFPO address, please input your BFPO address into section of the checkout. There is a 5kg limit on BFPO orders

Certain BFPO Address will be charged at standard UK parcel rates if thw weight goes over 1kg.

When ordering to a BFPO address it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the items are within the weight limits for that particular BFPO address. All orders to BFPO address will be shipped individually to keep the individual packaged weight down. We will track the orders to the BFPO hub where it will be signed for and then shipped to the individual. Once an item has been received by the BFPO hub Cardiff Sports Nutrition accepts no responsibility for lost or missing items in the onward delivery process. Please be aware that if an item is too heavy for then BFPO address the item is not returned to sender but disposed of by the BFPO Hub

European Orders

Orders to Europe depends on order weight and which area of Europe we ship to. All orders are sent by a trackable service.

Zone 1 £4.99 to a maximum charge of £14.99

(Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Rebuplic of Ireland)

Zone 2 £5.99 to a maximum charge of £17.99

(Austria, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Switzerland)                                                       

Zone 3 £5.99 to a maximum charge of £20.99

( Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy, Spain)                              

Zone 4 £6.99 to a maximum charge of £23.99

(Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden)   

Zone 5 £7.99 to a maximum charge of £26.99

( Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway, Romania, Serbia)   

Please note all delivery time estimates are subject to stock availability and receiving your order by 2:00pm. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed next working day. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and bank holidays.

If for any reason we expect that your order will not arrive within the specified times, we will e-mail or call you shortly after receiving your order. It is therefore very important for you to provide a valid e-mail address and contact number that we can get hold of you on. Please be sure to check your e-mails and phone messages shortly after placing the order in case we need to contact you.

If for any reason one of our Couriers or Royal Mail lose your parcel we will dispatch your order to you straight away within the same day. We want you our customers to be confident that once you have placed your order, it will arrive trouble free and fast! 

If an order is returned to us due to customer error (failure to take delivery of the order or arrange a collection/redelivery) then a re-shipping fee of £6 is applicable. This is due to the cost of re-packing, and re-shipping that item. A refund of the item minus our shipping costs can be provided as an alternative, but if the error is ours, the item will of course be re-shipped at our cost.
